<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, MATTHEW L.
<br />GEISER AND LISA M. GEISER, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated May 24, 2005, and recorded on June I, 2005,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />200504946 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />
<br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK TWO (2), WOODLAND PARK FIRST SUBDIVISION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
