<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to LNV CORPORATION, its successors and assigns,
<br />3763 Howard Hughes Parkway, PIano, TX 75024, Grantee, without any
<br />covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />Lot Four (4), in Block Two (2), of George Loan's
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated November 13, 2006, and recorded on November
<br />17, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200610295 wherein Efrain Lazarin and
<br />Sylvia C. Lazarin, husband and wife and Liobardo Rivera, an
<br />unmarried person are named Trustors; and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Gary D. Byrne
<br />is named Trustee,' wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the
<br />Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a
<br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $76,900.00
<br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; that the
<br />beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to Everhome Mortgage Company
<br />by an Assignment dated August 3, 2007 and recorded on August 8,
<br />2007 as Instrument No. 200706769 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was further
