<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 25, 2005 and September 18, 2006, and executed by
<br />Jeffrey L. Powers and Anita D. Powers, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on March 4, 2005 and September 25, 2006, as
<br />Instrument No. 200501849 and 200608536, and Modifications #200511190 and #200705623.

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Seven (7), Freedom Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 19th day of February, 2009.
