<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Joan M. Bruening and Fred E. Bruening, wife and husband, and
<br />Colleen (also known as Colleen B.) L'Heureux, single, of the County of Hall, in the State of}.Iel?ra!?~a,J)..YJ!eed of
<br />Trust dated the- 21 Sf aayoT October,- 1993, and auly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of
<br />Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the 2yd day of November, 1993, as Document Number 93Hll 0138, of the records
<br />in said office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein
<br />on the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust.

<br />The North Half of Section Nine, Township Nine North, Range Nine West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, I-Iall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 77, Page 357;
<br />excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Corrective Joint Tenancy Quit Claim Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 86-100082; and excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 79-002767, together with all crops grown thereon.
<br />
<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully satisfied;
<br />
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the legal holder of the indebtedness
<br />secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of One
<br />Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as Trustee, do hereby remise, release and
<br />quit-claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said
<br />owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which I have under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and
<br />to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater
<br />certainty.
<br />
<br />To Have 1\:nd To HOld-The Same, together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging forever. And Further, that the said Trust Deed is by these presents to be considered as fully and absolutely
<br />released, cancelled and forever discharged.
