I This Agreement is made the ~ day of Janu<uY, 20~bY and between Jeffrey Oaks, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Jeffrey Oaks" and Johnson & Johnson, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Johnson". ~51~D WITNESSETH: WHEREAS Jeffrey Oaks is the owner of the real estate described as Parcel A, as more particularly identified in attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS Johnson is the owner of the property described as Parcel B on the attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS the parties hereto desire to create for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, ajoint driveway easement as the same is now situated on the two parcels ofland referred to above as more particularly described and identified in the drawing on Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, obligations and rights herein created, Jeffrey Oaks does hereby give, grant, and convey to Johnson, its successors and assigns a right-of-way easement over, along and across its real estate as identified as Access Easement Parcel A as depicted on attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference. And Johnson does hereby give, grant and convey unto Jeffrey Oaks, its successors and assigns a right-of-way easement over, along and across its real estate as identified as Access Easement Parcel B on Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference. The joint driveway easement thus created shall be for the joint use of the parties hereto and for their successors and assigns, for joint driveway purposes for pleasure vehicles and trucks. Neither party hereto, nor their successors or assigns, shall so use or leave any vehicle or equipment on said driveway so as to prevent the free and uninterrupted use of said driveway by the other party for the purposes for which this joint driveway easement was created.
