<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Four Points Federal Credit Union, PO Box 541030, City of
<br />Omaha, County of Douglas, State of Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated, May
<br />11, 2007, executed by Terry 0 Smauelson and Sharon L Samuelson, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which Four Points Federal Credit Union is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, and recorded in Doc # 0200703911, of Mortgages, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Four Points Federal Credit Union the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby
<br />have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation:
