<br />Banking Corporation, Mortgagee, in performance of said mortgage and by virtue of the
<br />power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar
<br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby

<br />Section, thence west on the Section line at a distance of 409.4 feet; thence Southerly and parallel to
<br />the Section line on the East side of said Section a distance of 266.0 feet; thence easterly and parallel to
<br />the north Section line of said Section a distance of 409.4 feet; thence northerly parallel to and 50.0
<br />feet distant from the East Section line of said Section a distance of 266.0 feet to the point of beginning
<br />and containing 2.50 acres, more or less, and

<br />This release is made in satisfaction ofthe obligation secured by the Mortgage recorded in
<br />the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document # 80.003883 on July 30,
<br />1980 and Mortgage Extension Agreement Document #86-102766 on May 28, 1986.
