<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, RICHARD
<br /> DANIELS AND SHIELA DANIELS, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br /> Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated December 9, 2005, and recorded on a
<br /> December 15, 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> Instrument Number 2000512256 has been paid; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br /> Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br /> the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br /> "request of :the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br /> warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br /> under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br /> LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12), IN
<br /> BLOCK TWO (2), ROBINSON'S ADDITION, TO THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, HALL
<br /> COUNTY, NEBRASKA; AND THAT PART OF THE VACATED ALLEY AND
<br /> NEBRASKA STREET ADJACENT TO AND ABUTTING UPON LOTS ONE (1), TWO
<br /> (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12), IN BLOCK TWO (2),
<br /> ROBINSON ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY,
<br /> NEBRASKA, AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 214, FILED DECEMBER 20;1991, IN
<br /> THE OFFICE OF THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED AS DOCUMENT NO.
