<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS

<br />by a Trust Deed dated December 29, 2006, and recorded on January 5,
<br />2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200700131 wherein Brian Nearhood and
<br />Grace Nearhood, husband and wife are named Trustorsi and Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named BeneficiarYi and Old
<br />Republic National Title Ins. is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $74,700.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereofi that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
