<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by that c.::~.
<br />certain Assignment of Leases and Rents executed by BNS Property III, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, ("Assignor") to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, a national banking association, Omaha,
<br />("Assignee") dated August 16, 2004, filed September 3, 2004 for Instrument No. 2004-08872, in the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; in said county, has been paid.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of payment, and in accordance with the request of the Assignee
