<br />In consideration of the payment of the obligation under a Deed of Trust dated May 10,
<br />2008, by and between CORY G. MUHLBACH, a single person, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust
<br />is recorded as Document No. 200804115 in the Office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of
<br />Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance ofthe Beneficiary, BRANDON S. CONNICK,
<br />Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following described real
<br />estate:
