RICE, Attorney at Law, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust <br />dated September 4, 2007, and filed September 5, 2007, entered as Instrument No. <br />0200707656 of the real property records of Hall County, Nebraska, naming JJW <br />ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, as Trustor, and ROBERT <br />G.
