On this date, he is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is now Vice-President of <br /> <br />Benjamin & Associates, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> <br />2. Affiant further states that on February 3, 2009, he competed a survey of "SHADY LANE SECOND <br /> <br />Office. <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION", Hall County, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record at the Hall County Register of <br /> <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date rl>examined the plat of "SHADY LANE SECOND <br /> <br />SUBDMSION", and has discovered an error on SHEET I OF 2, on the plat drawing of the subdivision <br /> <br />pertaining to two (2) angles shown on the plat that are shown incorrectly. <br /> <br />4. Affiant further states that on SHEET 1 OF 2, the angle shown on an east line of Lot One (1) on the plat <br /> <br />drawing shall now read 120024'09", in lieu of 124024'09", being erroneous, null and void. <br /> <br />5..
