<br />Williams, a single man is named Trustori and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named BeneficiarYi and Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $76,100.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereofi
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to Everhome Mortgage
<br />Company by an Assignment dated October 8, 2008 and recorded on
