Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under a certain <br />Deed of Trust dated May 24, 2002, wherein Martie V. Campos and Consuelo Campos, Husband <br />and Wife are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on May 24, 2002, as Instrument No. 200205602 and contains as trust <br />property, the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), IN SOUTH GRAND ISLAND <br />SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated May 24, 2002, owing <br />from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE FEDERAL SA VINaS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, a Federal Savings Bank, now known as EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the terms <br />of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures ~R ~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />rend R.
