<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment ~
<br />of Rents and Leases (Including Fixture Filing Under Uniform Commercial Code) ("Deed of Trust") dated December 19, ~
<br />2003, and filed December 24,2003, as Instrument #200316401 and re-recorded on January 12, 2004 as Instrument
<br />#200400302, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Preisendorf Plumbing and Heating, Inc. as
<br />Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in
<br />consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured
<br />thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
