<br />Preisendorf Plumbing and Heating, Inc. as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and Craig A Knickrehm
<br />as first substituted trustee, U.S. Bank National Association as Substituted Trustee, in consideration of performance in full
<br />by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to
<br />said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />LOT TWO, (2) PREISENDORF SUBDIVISION, AND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
