No Oral Change. This Deed of Trust may not be modified, amended, changed, discharged or terminated orally, but only in writing signed by the person against whom the enforcement of the modification, amendment, change, discharge or termination is sought. 18. Trustor will pay all filing, registration or recording fees and all attorneys' fees, commissions, and expenses incident to the preparation, execution and acknowledgment of the Note, this Deed of Trust, any mortgage supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property, and any instrument of further assurance; and all federal, state, county and municipal taxes, duties, imposts, assessments, and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of the Note, this Deed of Trust, any mortgage supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property or any instrument of further assurance, except where prohibited by law so to do. Trustor shall hold harmless and indemnify Trustee and Beneficiary, their successors and assigns, against any liability incurred by reason of the imposition of any tax on the making or recording of the Note, this Deed of Trust or the Pledge and Security Agreement. 19. INDEMNIFICATION.
