Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by JACOB JON NELSON AND ANGELA MARIE NELSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in <br />which EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, <br />dated MAY 3,2004.1 and recorded MAY 3,2004, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200404349 regarding the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by JACOB JON NELSON AND ANGELA MARIE NELSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to <br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated MAY 3, <br />2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as <br />Document No. 200404349, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
