Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated JULY 9,2002.1 and <br />recorded JULY 11, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska <br />as Instrument No. 200207256 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed or Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by GARY CAROTHERS, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, dated JULY 9,2002, and recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. <br />200207256, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed <br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
