<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by James W.
<br />Ostermeier and Lynell Ostermeier, husband and wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska
<br />Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 30, 2004, and recorded April 08, 2004 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200403426, has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />"The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (Sl/2SEl/4) of Section Twenty (20) in Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING
<br />therefrom that part thereof conveyed to the State of Nebraska by deed recorded in Book 77, Page
<br />30, and deed recorded as mstrument #92-104431 of the Deed Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska."
