<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand Island, \~N
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br /> Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated May 24, 2007,
<br /> executed by Linda D. Stewart, a single person, as Trustor, in which
<br /> Competitive Mortgage of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as
<br /> Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was
<br /> recorded on May 24, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200704249 in the Office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Competitive Mortgage of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real estate
<br /> described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> LOT ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR (164), IN BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION,
<br /> AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed
<br /> of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br /> provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br /> hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
