<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, as Trustee under the ~
<br /> Deed of Trust dated December S, 2006 executed by H & J Investments, LLC, a Nebraska" c~
<br /> Limited Liability Company and Richard L. Hartman, Chief Executive Member, Trustor, in
<br /> which Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the
<br /> undersigned as trustee, and recorded January 18, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200700461, in the
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary
<br /> thereunder, a written request to reconvey.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of
<br /> Trust in the following described real estate, to wit:

<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (SE1/4NE1/4) of Section Thirty Two (32), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)

<br /> Beginning at the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (SEl/4NE1/4); thence running southerly along the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter (SEIANE1/4), on an Assumed Bearing of S 02° 17' 50" E, a distance of Four
<br /> Hundred Forty One and Ninety Nine Hundredths (441.99) feet, to the ACTUAL point of
<br /> beginning; thence continuing S 02° 17150" E, along the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4), a distance of One Hundred Forty Seven and Seventy Five
<br /> Hundredths (147.75) feet; thence running S 891 18' 39" W, a distance of Forty (40.00) feet, to a

<br /> Street, a distance of One Hundred Eighty Four and Forty Four Hundredths (184.44) feet; thence
<br /> running S 89° 19'02" W, a distance of One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Four and Fifty Six
<br /> Hundredths (1274.56) feet, to a point on the east line of Meadowlark Estates Subdivision and to
<br /> a point on the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEl/4NE1/4); thence
<br /> running N 02° 19'59" W, along the east line of Meadowlark Estates Subdivision and the west
<br /> line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEl/4NE1/4), a distance of Three
<br /> Hundred Forty Two and Twenty Hundredths (342.20) feet; thence running N 89° 19' 02" E, a
<br /> distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Eighteen and Seventy Nine Hundredths (1318.79)
<br /> feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning.
