<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by

<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated September
<br />21, 2004, and recorded September 29, 2004, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
