The current lawful holder <br />of the promissory note is Wells Fargo Bank, NA. You are hereby notified that because of <br />such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of <br />01109/2009, is in the amount of $ 85,484.45, plus interest thereafter.
