<br /> 1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br /> NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by DUFFAY M HEMMINGSEN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br /> BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOC IAiION OF vRAND
<br /> ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and
<br /> Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated SEPTEMBER 25, 1998, and recorded
<br /> SEPTEMBER 25, 1998, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br /> Instrument No. 98-109338 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br /> 2. Deed of Reconve anee. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br /> executed by DUFFAY M HEMMIGNSEN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE
<br /> EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A
<br /> FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 25, 1998, and recorded in the
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 98-109338,
<br /> has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br /> Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br /> all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br /> of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
