<br />You are hereby notified that Ronald J. Nielson and Iody Nielson, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or
<br />about April 12, 2002, make, execute and deliver unto United Nebraska Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said
<br />Trustors conveyed the fol1owing~described real property:

<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed
<br />of Trust which was recorded on April 12, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 200203993. The Deed of Trust was modified by virtue of two separate Loan Modification Agreements.
<br />The first Agreement being recorded on December 12, 2006, as Instrument Number 2006-10985 and the second
<br />Agreement being recorded on January 7,2008, as Instrument Number 2008.00149.

<br />On or about April 12, 2002, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Suntrust Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded Apri112, 2002, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2002-03994.

<br />On or about September 17, 2003, Suntrust Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was
<br />recorded December 9, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2003.

<br />On or about January 12,2009, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Midfirst Bank, a Federally Charted Savings Association. The
<br />Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Yau are furtller notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
