Upon the taking effect of this Ordinance, the police, fire and snow removal services of such City shall be furnished to the tracts of land and streets herein annexed, and the city water services and the city sewer services will be available to said tracts as provided by law. Section 5. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication within fifteen (15) days in an issue of the Wood River Sunbeam provided the final plat of said annexed territory has been approved and signed and filed of record in the office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as provided by law. Section 7. That a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with a drawing of such tract of land, bc filed for record in the Office of the Hall County Regi ster of Deeds upon passage of this Ordinance.
