<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Encinger
<br />Properties II, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 27,2004, and recorded May 28,2004 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No. 0200405331,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
