<br /> Trustee under the DEED OF TRUST, dated 08-30-2008 and recorded on 09-05-20088, as in instrument

<br /> number 200807684, in Crain M. McIntyre and Amy M. McIntyre. Husband and Wife, as trustor, in which ~

<br /> Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank, as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the

<br /> beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such TRUST
<br /> DEED have beenfully paid and that such TRUST DEED and the note secured thereby has been

<br /> surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
