<br />Pioneer Trail Energy, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, whose address is 7878 South
<br />140th Road, Wood River, Nebraska, 68883 hereinafter called "COMPANY," its successors and
<br />assigns, and the following named persons, herein,whether singular or plural, called "OWNER,"
<br />namely:

<br />WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations received, OWNER does hereby grant, bargain, sell
<br />and convey unto COMPANY, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement ~feet in width,
<br />being 25 feet left, and 25 feet right of the center line as laid out and/or surveyed, or as fmally
<br />installed as hereinafter described, together with the right to construct, operate, maintain, repair, increase
<br />the capacity of, remove, and replace a gas pipeline or lines, including necessary pipes, and fixtures,
<br />through, over,under and across the following described real estate, situated in the County of Hall
<br />State of Nebraska

<br />A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE Y4 NW Y4) of Section
<br />Twenty-Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of Sixth P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the Northeast Comer of the Northwest Quarter (NW Y4) of said Section 24; thence S
<br />89038'5l"W (assumed bearing) along the north line said Northwest Quarter a distance of325.28 feet
<br />to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continued .

<br />Additionally, OWNER does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto COMPANY, its successors
<br />and assigns, a temporary construction easement 25 feet in width, being adjacent to previously
<br />defmed permanent easement.
<br />Should additional pipelines be laid under this grant, at any time, an additional consideration equal
<br />to the consideration paid for this grant, calculated on a lineal rod basis, shall be paid for each additional
<br />line.
