Vetters, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor <br />conveyed the following-described real property: <br /> <br />The West Half (Wl/2) of Lot Seven (7), Block A, Boehm's Subdivision, <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mortgage Electronic Registration <br />Systems, Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on March 28, 2007, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200702443. <br /> <br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company. The Assignment was <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Camille R.
