That he is the same person who acquired title to the following described real estate by <br />viture of that Warranty Deed recorded September 9,2002, as Instrument No. 200209497, covering the following <br />described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7), Block One (1), Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />2. That at the time of the execution of the Warranty Deed he was a married person, being <br />married to one Antonia L. Villa. <br /> <br />3. That Martin Alvarez was divorced from Antonia L. Villa pursuant to that Decree of <br />Dissolution of Marriage entered on November 13,2006 and modified March 27, 2007, in HalI County District <br />Court as Case No. CI06-0000745. <br /> <br />4. That on September 9, 2002, Martin Alvarez, along with Marsha L. Alvarez-Jaquez, as <br />husband and wife, executed a Deed of Trust recorded on September 9,2002, as Instrument No. 200209498, and a <br />Deed of Trust recorded August 7, 2007, as Instrument No. 200706747. <br /> <br />5. That because the Decree of Dissolution from Antonia L. VilIa was not filed until <br />November 13,2006, the marriage to Marsha L. Alvarez-Jaquez was not legal. <br /> <br />6. That because his marriage to Marsha L. Alvarez-Jaquez was not legal, Martin Alvarez, <br />a/k/a Martin A.
