<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated 
<br />May 14, 1998, wherein James K. Keeshan, a Single Person, was the Trustor, which was filed for 
<br />record ih the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 15, 1998, as 
<br />Document No. 98- 104636, and re- recorded on June 2, 1998, as Document No. 98- 105253, which 
<br />contains as trust property, the following- described real estate: 
<br />A tract of land comprising the Easterly Three Hundred Sixty One and Five Tenths 
<br />(361.5) feet of the Southerly Three Hundred Six�rOne and Five Tenths (361.5) 
<br />feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Ouarter (SW1 /4SW1 /4) of Section 
<br />Thirty Six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th 
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. 
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements, 
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and 
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives 
<br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor, James K. Keeshan, a Single 
<br />Person, has failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Adjustable 
<br />Rate Note secured by the Deed of Trust. 
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be 
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Adjustable Rate Note dated 
<br />May 14, 1998, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan 
<br />Association of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which 
<br />secures this obligation.
