QUITCLAIM DEED 200810508 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT THAT: <br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, executed this 14 - day of �SEPr -M6EC, 2004, by <br />first party, Lori S. Aus, an individual, unmarried (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor ") <br />whose mailing address is 2418 Sandridge Court, Grand Junction, Colorado, 81503, to the <br />second party, Alvin A. Aus, an individual, unmarried (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Grantee ") whose mailing address is 839 E. Phoenix Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />68801. <br />WITNESSETH, That the first party (Grantor) transfers property located at 839 E. <br />Phoenix Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801 to the second party (Grantee) as per the <br />Divorce Property Settlement Agreement granted on September 2, 2004 in the District <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska. This does hereby convey and quitclaim unto said <br />second party (Grantee) forever, all the right, title, interest and claim which the said first <br />party (Grantor) has in and to the following described parcel of land, and improvements <br />and appurtenances thereto in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska to wit: <br />Real Estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat s 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: The <br />East Seven (7) feet of Lot Six (6) and the West Seventy (70) feet of Lot Seven (7), <br />Block One (1), Pleasant View Fourth Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />SUBJECT TO all easements, rights -of -way, mineral reservations of record and <br />protective covenants, if any. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD same unto Grantee, and unto Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging. Grantor, for Grantor <br />and for Grantor's heirs and assigns, executors and administrators, covenants with <br />with Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns, that Grantor and any other person or <br />persons in Grantor's name and behalf or claiming under Grantor shall not or will <br />hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but <br />they and each of them shall be excluded and forever barred therefrom except as <br />herein set forth. <br />TAXES for the tax year 2004 shall be paid in full by the Grantee. <br />
