<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 4, 2003, and filed for record in the Office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, April 7,2003 as Instrument No. 200304130 of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Books, wherein Peter W. Letheby and Katrina A. Letheby, Husband and Wife were
<br />identified as Trustors;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, , Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed
<br />of Trust dated April 4, 2003, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on April 7,2003, as Instrument No. 200304130, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty and
<br />Noll 00 Dollars ($123,550.00), as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust
<br />received from Grantee as holder ofthe beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto FEDERAL HOME LOAN
<br />MORTGAGE CORPORA nON, herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />LOT TWENTY (20) IN HIDDEN LAKES SUBDIVISION, NUMBER TWO (2),
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
