<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated May 2, 2006, and filed for record with the Hall County Register of Deeds on May 5,
<br />2006, as Instrument No. 200603996 wherein Rodriguez International Holdings, Inc., a Nebraska
<br />corporation, was Trustor;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, PLATTE V ALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY,
<br />Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated May 2, 2006, and filed for record with the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds on May 5, 2006, as Instrument No. 200603996, herein called the
<br />Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Four
<br />Hundred Sixty Nine and 64/100 Dollars ($396,469.64) as credit against the indebtedness secured
<br />by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of
<br />Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto PLATTE V ALLEY
<br />ST A TE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, herein called the Grantee, the following-described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), all in Block Thirty-nine (39),
<br />Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
