<br />Box 83009, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 ("Lender"). RYAN J BRENTON owes Lender the principal sum of
<br />Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-nine and 93/100 Dollars (U.S. $11,829.93), which is evidenced by
<br />the note, consumer loan agreement, or similar writing dated the same date as this Security Instrument (the "Note"),
<br />which provides for periodic payments ("Periodic Payments"), with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and
<br />payable on December 20, 2012. This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (a) the repayment of the debt
<br />evidenced by the Note, with interest, and all renewals, extensions and modifications of the Note; (b) the payment
<br />of all other sums, with interest, advanced to protect the security ofthis Security Instrument under the provisions of

<br />"Property. "

<br />BORROWER COVENANTS that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to
