<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated October 18, 2007, and recorded on October 22,
<br />2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200709054 wherein Jeremy J. Elsbernd and
<br />Mary Ann Elsbernd, each a single person are named Trustors; and
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named
<br />Beneficiary; and Gary D. Byrne is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $75,404.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof. That by Substitution of Trustee dated July 31,
<br />2008, made by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
<br />Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of Gary D. Byrne. The
