<br />Domicile at Date of Death: Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Name of Surviving Spouse: Lester L. Gulzow
<br />Date of Marriage: April 18, 1944
<br />2. The Affiant is related to the Decedent as follows: surviving spouse,
<br />3. There is no Federal Estate Tax, Nebraska Inheritance Tax or Nebraska Estate Tax that is due because
<br />of Decedent's death.

<br />comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(S W 1 /4NW 1 /4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Section
<br />Fourteen (14), said point being 454 feet north of the Southwest corner of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4); thence northerly along the west line of said
<br />Section Fourteen (14), a distance of 175 feet; thence deflecting right 90 °00' and
<br />running easterly, a distance of 248.91 feet; thence southerly parallel to the west
