<br />Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared NANCY MEHRENS
<br />( "Affiant ") who, being first duly sworn, upon her oath state:
<br />I. "My r-ame is NANCY MEHRENS. Nov address is 7002 County Lane, Richmond,
<br />Texas 77469. I am personally familiar with the family and marital history of RAYMOND E. SEMS,
<br />and have personal knowledge of the facts stated in this affidavit. I was a friend of RAYMOND E.
<br />SEMS for over 25 years.
<br />2. "RAYMOND E. SEMS was born on September 23, 1942, and died on July 2, 2007.
<br />His place of death was Wharton, Wharton County, Texas. At the time of his death, RAYMOND E.
<br />SEMS's residence was 11935 County Road 170, Boling, Texas 77420.
<br />3. "RAYMOND E. SEMS was married to Lana Sems Doll in about /,?/./ ,
<br />and they -A yvgtc`t in about 19 G 9 . RAYMOND E. SEMS then married Sherry
<br />Mayfield in about 1971, and they divorced in or about 1978. RAYMOND E. SEMS then married
<br />Alice M. Sems in 1980, and they remained married until the death of RAYMOND E. SEMS.
