<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated February 27,2006, executed by Coral V. Dittmer, a single person, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument #0200601701 on the 28th day of
<br />February, 2006, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:

<br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter (NVlNWy.;) and the North Half of the South Half ofthe Northwest
<br />Quarter (NVlSVlNWy.;) of Section Ten (10), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except 2.693 Acres deeded to Hall County, Nebraska, dated May 21,
<br />1992 and recorded on May 21, 1992 as Instrument #92-104343 In Hall County, Nebraska Register of
<br />Deeds office
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
