<br />Mortgage Pass - Through Certificates Series 2007 -BR1, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
<br />received from GRANTEE, CHARLES M. TAYLOR and STORMY D. TAYLOR, husband
<br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, conveys to GRA
