<br />Mortgage Pass - Through Certificates Series 2007 -BR1, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
<br />received from GRANTEE, CHARLES M. TAYLOR and STORMY D. TAYLOR, husband
<br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, conveys to GRA
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76- 201):
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Two (2), Island Acres Number Two (2),
<br />In the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants {jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that GRAN'
<br />(1) It warrants that it will defend the title to the above real estate against the lawful claims
<br />persons claiming by, through and under grantor, but not otherwise;
<br />(2) That the real estate is free from encumbrances, except easements, restrictions, reset
<br />and covenants of record; and
<br />(3) By accepting this Special Warranty Deed, grantee acknowledges that he has had ads
<br />opportunity to inspect the property conveyed herein as well as all Improvements locate
<br />thereon. Except as specifically set forth in this Special Warranty Deed this conveyanc
<br />without warranty or representation, either express or implied and is on an "AS IS" and
<br />IS" basis.
