DEED OF RECONVEYANCE'
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by NORMAN N. MCCARI'HY AND
<br />GEORGENE C. MCCARTHY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to EQUITABLE BANK, FKA'
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated
<br />DECEMBER 16, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />on DECEMBER 17, 2002 as Document No. 200214082, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
