Kristine Mae DeMuth, Personal Representative of the Estate of Orin Dean Hodgson,
<br />Deceased, pursuant to appointment by the County Court of HALL County, Nebraska, GRANTOR,
<br />conveys and releases to Kristine Mae DeMuth, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as

<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Niue (9) West of the Sixth P.M., more particularly
<br />described as follows: to -wit: Beginning at a point 331.85 feet West of the Northeast corner
<br />of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N %NW' /4) of said section 27; thence running
<br />West on the North section line of said Section 27, a distance of 331.85 feet to a point; thence
<br />turning and running South to a point on the South line of the North Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NVzNW' /4) of said Section 27; thence turning and running East a distance of 331.3
<br />feet to a point; and thence turning and running North a distance of 1312.3 feet to the point
<br />of beginning, containing Ten (10) acres, more or less, subject to easements and restrictions
<br />of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real
<br />estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
