<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 24, _1998 and a Modification of Deed of Trust
<br />dated March 3, 2003 executed by Grims Home Repair, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which the Deed of
<br />Trust and the Modificaton of Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98-101583, on the 25th day of
<br />February, 1998 and as Document # 200302969 on the 14th day of March, 2003 and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE (185), IN WEST LAWN, CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
