WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />ANNETTE L DAVIS AND LONNIE DAVIS, WIFE AND HUSBAND
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 26, 2004 and recorded DECEMBER 13, 2004 the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #
<br />0200411956 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
