<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Robert E. Buck and Dawnita K. Buck, Husband and Wife,
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated December
<br />14, 2006, and recorded December 26, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
