<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Scott C
<br />Lane, Husband and Cindra K Lane, Wife to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 10,
<br />2008, and recorded April 28, 2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />entered in Instrument No 0200803498, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such ptemises:
