DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by
<br />LORETTA C. ARNOLD, an unmarried person, Trustor,.to WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL NATIONAL
<br />BANK, as Trustee, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Beneficiary, dated May 30, 2006, and recorded June
<br />23, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006 -05628 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid.
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee executed
<br />May 7, 2008, and recorded May 22, 2008, as Instrument No. 200804472.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said payment and of the surrender of said Deed of Trust
<br />and the Note or Notes secured thereby for cancellation, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by said Deed of Trust in
<br />the following described premises:
<br />Lot 20 and the Westerly 30 feet of Lot 21, all in Block 1, Knickrehm
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
